Irritability and Working

For years my family has complained about my irritability when working. They don’t like it when I’m working at home when they are home because all they get are short snappy responses when they talk to me. I like the theory that this article proposes:

This won’t make sense unless you’ve seen the latest Star Trek movie. If you have, it’s pretty funny.

Palm Pre Abuse

Friend Based Technical Support

Saved $50 on my Pre

Sprint generally gets a bad rap for its customer service. I’ve been a customer of varying degrees over the last 10 years or so and I have had my share of unpleasant support calls with Sprint. Lately, though, I’ve found that they are getting better and tonight’s post is more evidence of that.

Palm dropped the price of it’s new phone, the Palm Pre, by $50 today. I am a recent owner of this phone and read a post on the PreCentral blog explaining that Sprint was offering the price to people who bought the phone in the last 30 days. So I got on the horn and to my mild surprise the support person had no trouble understanding what I was asking and credited my account include three dollars and change for tax! Now I’m rocking a Pre for $150, not bad, not bad at all.
